We pay dignified wages to the makers of our products. Most manufacturing is done within Malaysia, by independent artisans and contractors whose working conditions we can inspect and vouch for.

We employ UNHCR refugees for parts of our manufacturing, and donate a percentage of proceeds to Women's Aid Organisation (WAO) to support victims of domestic violence.
